I regularly utilise mindfulness in my practice and find it can be a useful consideration in the busyness of life.

A regular app, that clients have found useful is called Headspace.


Some of the regularly used books and downloads are written and produced by Jon Kabat-Zin, Mark Williams but there are many more writers as well.   

Daniel Siegel is also a fascinating writer and speaker on aspects of Mindfulness, including his concept of the Wheel of Awareness.
